Ampatuan Massacre in Maguindanao

The Philippine economy slowed to its lowest level in almost three years, as the gross economic product (GDP) grew only 5.3 percent in the third quarter. Officials blamed port congestion, reduced government spending and lower agricultural output from July to September for the lower output. The GDP measures the total goods and services produced in a country.
