Art lessons for inmates

The Rotary Club of Alabang Lampara (Las Piñas, Parañaque, Alabang), led by its president Roger Cas, will launch Project HOPE (Help Outreach Prisoners Education), a free art workshop for inmates of the Muntinlupa city jail on Sept. 18 from 8:30 a.m. to 12 noon to be conducted by painter Fernando B. Sena assisted by Ely Cas and Mr. and Mrs. Ed Santillan
