BGC Passionfest 2012 set this weekend
It will be the first of its kind. This November, coinciding with the annual commemoration of Andres Bonifacio’s heroism, Bonifacio Global City (BGC) will hold the biggest outdoor fair ever–the BGC Passionfest 2012 weekend.
From November 23 (Friday) to 25 (Sunday), BGC will swell with fun-packed activities, including music, arts, dances, fair games, kid shows, outdoor movies, pets’ games, entertainers, kiddie treats, exhibits, fun run, picnic, shopping – almost everything that BGC’s live-and-play life is known for, almost everything that makes it the “home of passionate minds.”
Here’s the weekend schedule:
November 23–BGC Passionfest opening ceremony (with VIPs) and Music Grooves, Art Moves Mobile Concert at 5 p.m. at 9th St. in Bonifacio High Street.
November 24–Kiddie shows and outdoor movies beginning at 4 p.m. featuring kids and pet zones, fair games and treats, roaming entertainers like jugglers, balloon twisters, etc.
November 25–A big outdoor fair complete with kids and pet zones, fair games and treats, roaming entertainers like jugglers, balloon twisters, etc. From one festival to another, the event will conclude with the opening of BGC Christmas Holidays. This will feature the lighting of over 15 ornamented construction tower cranes and overhead street protections for a contest dubbed Symphony of Lights and then followed by world-class performances of The Net Group Christmas Chorale 2011 Winner’s Circle, Ballet Philippines, and Tanghalang Pilipino.
