On Saturday night, the awarding of the Pamana Arts Legacy will be held at the San Francisco Marriott Hotel while the Pistahan Parade along Market Street from Spear Street to Yerba Buena Gardens passing through Sixth Street will be held on Sunday. The parade is intended to show solidarity with the newly built Bayanihan House that will take care of issues and concerns of
elderly Filipinos, World War II veterans, students and newly arrived immigrants.

Dennis Normandy is this year's Hermano Mayor and his wife Lynda Teehankee-Normandy is the Hermana Mayor.

More than 50 cars and floats are expected to join this year's parade. INQ7.net will be a major sponsor of this event.
