THE CALIFORNIA Nurses Association (CNA) will hold a rally to oppose the delay in the implementation of the RN Ratio Law and protect patient health and safety.

According to the CNA, the rally is in response to moves by the California Healthcare Association -- the hospital industry union -- to undermine the CNA-sponsored staffing ratios that will take effect on January 1, 2004.
