ON THURSDAY, July 10, Filipino-American community leaders and Filipina power will come together at San Francisco City Hall to show support for Jackie Lingad-Ricci, vice president of the San Francisco Juvenile Probation Commission.

Lingad-Ricci has filed a complaint against fellow commissioner Sean Connolly, whom she accused of racist and anti- feminist remarks.
