The Filipino Americans Acting Together Group of Genentech is pleased to host a hands-on FWN workshop on Thursday, May 15 dubbed as "12 Life Anchors: Creating Work / Life Balance."

The workshop speaker is Marily Mondejar, executive director of Institute for Image Management and senior consultant of Lee Hecht Harrison. Mondejar is an organization development consultant and career/image coach with expertise in organizational effectiveness and alignment, scenario planning, change management, outplacement issues, and career/image development. She brings corporate experience in coaching executives and management teams on diversity issues, performance and derailment concerns, including work/life balance, entrepreneurship, corporate image, implications of mergers, and developing effective work teams.
