THE SAN Diego Chapter of the Filipino American National Historical Society presents "Filipino Connections and Contributions Forum" on October 18 in celebration of Filipino American History Month.

The workshops include sessions on language, family, writing, history, music, film and education. The goal of the workshop is to create an awareness on the emerging music scene, specifically on Filipino-American music artists, businesses, and organizations.

This is a free event (donations accepted).
