HIYAS A. Hila will have a piano recital on April 2, 8 p.m. at Hellman Hall, San Francisco Conservatory of Music (SFCM). Her repertoire will consist of Bach (Chromatic Fantasy and Fugue), Schubert (Sonata in A minor, Op. 42), Schumann (Novelletes 1 and 2), Albeniz (Evocation) and Granados (Allegro de Concierto).

The public is invited to the recital. Admission is free.

Hila is pursuing her Master of Music degree, major in Piano Performance, at the SFCM under the tutelage of Mack McCray. She is a recipient of the Sergei Barsukov Scholarship for piano. She finished her bachelor's degree in piano performance in May 2003, also at the SFCM, where she was consistently in the Dean's List.
