THE AMERICAN Coalition for Filipino Veterans has organized
a series of activities to commemorate Veterans Day and honor
the fallen Fil-Am soldiers and their 1,000 comrades who died
in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Schedule of activities:

9:30 a.m.
Meet at Arlington National Cemetery
Visitor Center (parking or Arlington Cemetery METRO)
10:00 a.m.
Assemble at the grave site of US Army
Ranger Sgt. Nino Livaudais
(located Section 60 No. 7863)
· Prayer to be led by a local pastor
· Songs by World War II veterans
· Eulogies by Divina Du Livaudais, mother of US Ranger
Sgt. Nino Livaudais, (confirmed); Iris Daclan, sister of USA
Spc. Edgar Daclan Jr. (confirmed); and Rel Ravago, father
of US Army Spc. Rel Ravago IV (invited)
10:30-11:30 a.m.
Visit gravesites of Fil-Am veterans of World War II, Korea,
Vietnam, Iraq/Afghanistan
12 p.m.
Potluck lunch with Fil-Am World War II veterans and spouses
and the community at Mrs. Philippines Home,
