Legion National Commander Ronald Conley (2nd from

fellow legionnaires Guillermo Rumingan, Pat Ganio
and Celestino Almeda of the American Coalition for
Filipino Veterans -- a Washington DC-based advocacy
group -- of his December familiarization trip to
the Philippines. Conley's delegation will be welcomed
by the Legion's Philippine Department officials
led by William Kelley, Ernie Golez and Mrs. Inday
