How to automatically update
replicas in Lotus Notes
By Jerry Liao

IF you use Lotus Notes in the office and on the road and are tired of waiting for your replicas to update after you leave the office, there is an easy way to solve your problem.

1) Click "File," "Mobile," "Edit" and then "Current Location"

2) Look for "Replication Heading"

3) Change the "Schedule" field to "Enabled"

4) You can make the intervals longer or shorter (default setting is once an hour and seven days a week).

5) Save the document.

Check your replication page to see if your databases are replicating in the background.
