Creating separator page
between your print jobs
By Jerry Liao
Inquirer News Service

IF you have a community printer in your office which receives multiple print jobs, wouldn’t it be nice to have a separator page between print jobs to determine where they end and begin? Heres how:

(1) Click Start / Settings / Printers

(2) Right-click your default printer then select "Properties."

(3) Under "Separator page," choose "Full" ( to get a sheet with large type and the words "Separator Page" printed at the top) or "Simple" (to get simple identification information).

(4) Click on "Apply"

The next time more than one print job is sent to the printer, a separator page identifying the owner of the print job will be printed between each document, making it easier for you and your officemates to identify which print job goes to who.
