Ateneo, FEU, UE suspend classes for Thursday

MANILA, Philippines — The Ateneo De Manila University, Far Eastern University and the University of the East have announced suspension for their Thursday classes.

 

In its official Twitter account @ateneodemanilau and in its official Facebook page, Ateneo said classes in the Ateneo Grade School, High School, and Loyola Schools (college and graduate programs) for August 9, Thursday, are suspended. It added that its offices would remain closed.

 

“A separate announcement will be made for APS units,” it said.

 

FEU said on its twitter account @FarEasternU and in its official Facebook page that President Lyrdia B. Echauz has announced that classes at FEU Manila, FEU Makati, FEU East Asia College, and FEU Diliman are suspended on Thursday.

 

But it said classes in all levels at FEU Cavite will resume Thursday.

 

UE announced the  suspension of  classes and work for Thursday in its Caloocan and Manila campuses via its Twitter account.
