MANILA, Philippines – The Makati City government has announced the suspension of classes from pre-school to high school in both public and private schools on Friday.
But Makati’s number coding, according to spokesman Joey Salgado, will be enforced on Friday “except for private vehicles being used in relief operations.”
“No classes, pre-school to HS, public and private in Makati on Friday, August 10,” Salgado said in a text message on Thursday.
“For college, please contact your respective school administrators,” he added.
