Philrealty rushes New Manila project
PROPERTY Developer Philippine Realty and Holdings Corp. has poured in more than P1 billion in additional investments in its residential tower project Andrea North Skyline Tower project in New Manila to speed up its completion by mid-2010.

UPSCALE property developer Anchor Land Holdings Inc. has reported a 61-percent rise in its nine-month net profit to P308.6 million over a year ago on strong sales and the recognition of revenues from three high-rise residential projects completed this year.
