DNA test identifies another 18 victims of ‘Frank’
THE total number of victims identified through the DNA-testing conducted by the International Police (Interpol), together with the International Commission on Missing Persons and National Bureau of Investigation, has now reached 140 following the identification of 18 new victims of typhoon Frank that included passengers of the sunken vessel MV Princess of the Stars.
The Regional Disaster Operations Center in Camp Sergio Osmeña, Cebu City has released the list of the newly identified victims.
They are: Junny Bantolina, 26, of Kadingilan Bukidnon; Herculano L. Bumarlon, 43, of Oslob, Cebu; Michael John A. Callelero. 24, of Cebu City; Baltazar B. Condrillon, 51, of Daanbantayan,Cebu; Joctan Coyoca, 21, of Agusan del Norte; Antonio Fausto, 67, of Negros Oriental; Ralph Edison Rosell Flores, 23, of Liloan, Cebu; Romeo Hara Jr., 23, of Sorsogon; Juanita L. Labang, 45, Labangon, Cebu City; Albino Alagon Laborte Jr., 35, of Novaliches, Quezon City; Allan E. Lacay, 39, of Zamboanga del Norte; Jecel Miguel, 21, Rosario, Cavite; Liza Laude Nacua, 31, of Tabuelan, Cebu; and Wilfreda Arcabal Oledan, 53, of San Remegio, Cebu; Fe E. Sister, 54, of Bacoor, Cavite; Fe Patalinhug Tuñacao, 41, of Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu; Izabel Valderam Espere, 1-year-old, of Palompon, Leyte; and Editha Ybañez, 47, of Novaliches, Quezon City.
