MANILA—De La Salle handily dispatched Adamson 25-14, 25-13, 25-15, last November 28 in day two of the UAAP Women's Volleyball tournament at the Arena in San Juan.
The Lady Archers, proved to be too lengthy, and would establish a big lead right off the bat.
Jacqueline Alarca and Charleen Cruz combined for 22 attack points with Alarca garnering the game-high honors with 13 markers.
But it was the La Salle defense that surprisingly made the match a no contest from the onset.
As the Lady Archers protected the net that saw the Lady Falcons' skipper Angela Benting score futily.
Benting only managed to convert 10 out of his 44 attacks.
In the first game, University of the Philippines grinded out a 25-16, 25-27, 25-23, 25-23 over University of the East.
Pauline Araneta unleashed 21 points, all on kills, for the Lady Maroons.
