Samsung kicks off its series of golf tournaments for the year with the staging of the National Tournament of Club Champions slated May 24 to 28 at the sprawling Eagle Ridge Golf and Country Club in  Cavite.

The event, now on its sixth year, features the reigning men’s, ladies and seniors club champions from no less than 24 golf clubs in the country from as far north as Baguio Country Club and Camp John Hay and down south at Rancho Palos Verdes in Davao.

Meanwhile, champions below 26 years old will compete in the Special Division, also to be divided into men’s and ladies classes.

Samsung is partnering with the Eagle Ridge GCC and its developers Sta. Lucia Realty and Alsons Land, Inc. and Inquirer Golf in staging the annual tournament which also includes club winners from the Alta Vista and Cebu Country Club in the Visayas, among others.

Fabulous prizes, including Samsung Galaxy Tabs, will be up for grabs for the winners in various divisions in the tournament backed by Microtel as official hotel, Mizuno, Glucoscare, Omnisource and Custom Clubmakers.
