Biazon wants the BOC to be viewed as trade promoter

Bureau of Customs' Commissioner Ruffy Biazon says he would like the bureau to be viewed not only as a revenue collecting agency but a promoter of trade. He says that trade facilitating efforts of the BOC will increase transactions with importers and exporters. Video by INQUIRER.net's Cathy Miranda
