Olympics reveals 'idyllic' British opening ceremony

London's Olympic Stadium will be transformed into a rural British idyll for the Games opening ceremony on July 27, organizers say. The ceremony's artistic director Danny Boyle -- whose film ‘Slumdog Millionaire’ won eight Oscars -- says the £27 million ($42 million) ceremony will give Britons ‘a picture of ourselves as a nation.’ AFP
