LIVE UPDATES: Habagat rains, flooding continue to hit parts of PH

The effects of the habagat may intensify over the weekend, bringing heavy rains in more areas in Luzon, the state weather bureau said.

In-person classes on Aug. 14, remained suspended in several areas due to prevailing heavy rainfall brought by habagat.

The same Olongapo bridges previously reached their spilling level earlier this week that caused flooding in many areas in the city.
