  • Legislative Priorities
  • Conduct a critical review of existing laws, such as the Anti-Terrorism Act, that may infringe on Moro and Katutubo rights. Revise or repeal these laws as necessary to safeguard civil liberties and uphold human rights.
  • Render justice and reparations to Moro and Katutubo affected by land dispossession, militarization, bombings, extrajudicial killings (EJKs), and enforced disappearances, with special attention to the victims of Martial Law in Mindanao.
  • Push for bills that will protect ancestral lands and territories from land-grabbing by large-scale mining, energy projects, and other destructive industries, as well as building of military installations and holding of RP-US military exercises. Focus on economic programs that are pro-people centered that respect our cultural practices, protect the environment, and provide access to essential services such as healthcare, education, and sustainable livelihood opportunities.
  • Push for the passing of the Human Rights Defenders Bill, Environment Defenders Bill, Peoples Mining Bill, the Genuine Agrarian Reform Bill, and the Anti-Political Dynasty Bill.

  • President Rodrigo Duterte should be held accountable and imprisoned for the deaths of countless civilians due to his administration’s drug war and Martial Law in Mindanao. President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. should be held accountable for the continuing attacks on human rights defenders.
  • Put a stop to political dynasties by filing complaints and disqualifications against candidates with ties to incumbent officials.
  • Put a stop to the RP-US military exercises and the establishment of EDCA sites, which result in the displacement of Moro and Indigenous peoples and the loss of their ancestral land.
  • Hold the government accountable for permitting destructive activities -owned by foreign corporations
  • that has an impact to the degradation of our environment and results to the loss of ancestral land, such as mining, illegal logging, converting rice-paddies into large oil palm, banana and pineapple plantations, mega-dams, and other projects that destroy our forests and mountains.

  • Advocate for the Philippine government's rejoining of the ICC and to facilitate the submission of evidence and criminal cases against former President Duterte concerning war on drugs-related extrajudicial killings.
  • Advocate for and promote the passage of anti-political dynasty bills, and study and review the Bangsamoro Electoral Code and the Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act which includes provisions against anti-political dynasty. File petitions to disqualify candidates with ties to incumbent officials and campaign to end political dynasties.
