LOOK: COC filing for 2025 elections begins at Manila Hotel

MANILA, Philippines — The weather was gloomy outside Manila Hotel’s Tent City when the filing of certificates of candidacy (COC) for the 2025 midterm polls began on Tuesday.

As of 8:15 a.m., no untoward incidents have been recorded, according to the Commission on Election’s security personnel on stand-by outside Manila Hotel.
