Leila de Lima files CONA for Mamamayang Liberal party-list
MANILA, Philippines — Former Sen. Leila De Lima filed the certificate of nomination and acceptance (CONA) of the Mamamayang Liberal party-liston Saturday.
De Lima is the first nominee of the party-list.

She filed the CONA together with former representatives Teddy Baguilat and Erin Tañada, who will be the second and third nominees, respectively.
