MANILA, Philippines — Businessman and former Ilocos Sur Governor Chavit Singson formalized his Senate bid on Monday.
Singson, who last served as the mayor of Narvacan, Ilocos Sur from 2019 to 2022, filed his certificate of candidacy at the Manila Hotel Garden City.
