4Ps gets 1st spot in ballot for 2025 polls in raffle among 156 party-lists

MANILA, Philippines — The 4Ps or Pagtibayin at Palaguin ang Pangkabuhayang Pilipino got the coveted first spot among the 156 aspirants in the party-list ballot.

This was the result of the Commission on Elections (Comelec) raffle at its headquarters at Palacio del Gobernador in Intramuros, Manila on Friday.

Comelec has been conducting the raffle to determine the arrangement of party-lists in the ballot since the 2013 polls.

Before this system was held, several party-lists deftly put the number “1” or “A” in their names in a bid to get the top spot in the party-list ballot.
