Comelec releases list of 156 party-list groups vying for House seats

MANILA, Philippines — The Commission on Elections (Comelec) on Friday released the full list of 156 party-list groupsvying in the 2025 midterm elections.

The numerical arrangement of the party-lists were raffled at Palacio del Gobernador in Manila. 

The 4Ps or Pagtibayin at Palaguin ang Pangkabuhayang Pilipino got the coveted first spot while Uswag Ilonggo got the 156th spot.

Since the 2013 midterm elections, Comelec has conducted an electronic raffle to determine the numerical arrangement of party-lists in the official ballot.

Before this system was , several party-list groups added the prefix “1” or letter “A” to their name in a bid to get the coveted top spot in the ballot.
