PANGASINAN–Actor Coco Martin endorsed the bid of FPJ Panday Bayanihan Partylist in the upcoming midterm elections. 

The Batang Quiapo star joined Sen. Grace Poe and the partylist’s nominees led by Brian Poe, in a motorcade around Calasiao, Dagupan, Sto. Tomas, Basista and San Carlos.

“Ang partylist po na FPJ Panday Bayanihan, ginawa po ito para maglingkod at tumulong po sa lahat ng mga Pilipino dahil alam po natin ang pinagdadaanan ng buong mundo at ng buong bansa natin,” Coco stated.

“Napakaraming bagay na po ang nagawa ng FPJ Panday Bayanihan Partylist, hindi pa naman ito naging partylist, tumutulong na sila sa lahat ng pinagdaraanan ng mga Pilipino,” he added.

“Kaya andito po kami ngayon. Andito po ako ngayon sa inyong harapan para sabihin po sa inyo na isa po ako sa katulong nila upang ipaglaban ang lahat ng mga Pilipino,” he expressed.

Joining Brian Poe in FPJ Panday Bayanihan are Mark Patron and Hiyas Dolor as its second and third nominees, respectively.

PANGASINAN–Actor Coco Martin endorsed the bid of FPJ Panday Bayanihan Partylist in the upcoming midterm elections. 

Patron is the son of San Jose, Batangas Mayor Ben Patron while Dolor is the wife of Mindoro Gov. Bonz Dolor.

This is the first time FPJ Panday Bayanihan will seek a party-list seat since its organization in 2013. 

Since its establishment, the group’s  immediate relief efforts have garnered widespread recognition, however, its vision extends beyond disaster response.

The organization seeks to enact legislative reforms that address systemic issues affecting key sectors of society—farmers, fisherfolk, transport workers, urban poor communities, youth leaders, the informal sector, and frontliners.
