Amoranto Sports Complex to close for election prep from Mar to Apr

MANILA, Philippines — The Amoranto Sports Complex in Quezon City will be temporarily closed from March to April to give way to election-related activities, the local city government announced on Friday.

“Pansamantalang isasara ang buong Amoranto Sports Complex simula March 1, 2025 hanggang April 30, 2025. Gagamitin ang pasilidad para sa paglalagak at pagproseso ng official Comelec [Commission on Elections] ballot documents,” the Quezon City Government said in a social media post.
(The entire Amoranto Sports Complex will be temporarily closed from March 1, 2025, to April 30, 2025. The facility will be used for the storage and processing of official Comelec ballot documents.)
Only authorized personnel will be allowed inside this sports complex during the said period.
