Camille Villar thanks Cavitenos, vows to champion SMEs, health, education
BACOOR, CAVITE — Senatorial candidate Camille Villar expressed her gratitude to the people of Cavite on Monday for their continued support as she laid out her legislative priorities during a flag-raising ceremony at the Bacoor City Hall.
Villar received a warm endorsement from Bacoor Mayor Strike Revilla and Vice Mayor Rowena Bautista-Mendiola, both of whom expressed confidence in her capacity to serve in the Senate.
In her speech, Villar vowed to champion legislation that supports small and medium enterprises (SMEs), promotes reproductive and maternal health, and improves access to quality education.
“If given the opportunity to serve in the Senate, I will focus on programs that uplift the lives of ordinary Filipinos — especially in the areas of livelihood, women’s health, and education,” Villar said.
The event was attended by city government employees and local officials, many of whom showed strong support for Villar’s senatorial bid.
