Isko Moreno tops latest Octa survey for Manila mayoral race

MANILA, Philippines — Former Manila Mayor Isko Moreno secured the top spot in Octa Research’s latest survey for the Manila mayoral race.

According to Octa, Roberto Oca of the Association Workers Union commissioned the survey on voting preferences for the 2025 Manila elections, which was conducted from March 2 to 6.

Moreno garnered more than half of the votes, at 67 percent, followed by Tutok to Win party-list Rep. Sam “SV” Verzosa at 16 percent and Manila Mayor Honey Lacuna at 15 percent.

Meanwhile, actor Raymond Bagatsing secured the fourth spot at 1 percent, while the other 1 percent came from participants who answered “I don’t know.”
