‘Baby Giant’ leaps high with 1Pacman
MANILA, Philippines – His dreams are big. And the size of his determination, sky high.
With these, “Baby Giant”, who stands just 2 feet and 1 inch tall, entered the world of showbiz, coming from the quiet town of Barbosa, Antique.
Renz Joshua Bana, fondly called “Baby Giant”, now joins the throng of personalities and believers of 1Pacman Party-list’s battlecry to enable Filipinos to reach for their goals and claw out the obstacles that come their way with grit, always with a view of their north star.
Renz made his way to Manila with a couple of caring friends.
He first rose to fame through his hilarious TikTok skits.
With a borrowed phone, a strong Wi-Fi connection from a friend’s house, and an enormous supply of wit, he quickly and his friends went viral as “Jejemon Vines.”
His antics—from exaggerated “pabebe” monologues to slapstick dances in cramped spaces—had netizens laughing, sharing, and cheering for more.
One day, he caught the attention of no less than Coco Martin, who cast Renz as Oweng in the hit TV series “FPJ’s Batang Quiapo.”
“Baby Giant” joins the band of endorsers of the 1-Pacman Party-List, led by sports advocate and entrepreneur Milka Romero.
Known for their push to improve education, healthcare, and livelihood programs—especially through youth empowerment and grassroots sports—1Pacman has a sizable friend in Renz.
With his authentic charm and lived experience, he now campaigns side-by-side with Milka and the team, spreading a powerful message: that every Filipino, no matter their background or size, deserves opportunity and dignity .
Renz continues to dream big. As the eldest of five siblings, he remains deeply committed to his family.
“Hindi ko man nabigyan ng mansyon, napasaya ko naman sila,” he jokes, flashing the trademark grin that made him a star.
From TikTok jokester to primetime favorite, and now a voice for the underrepresented—Baby Giant proves that dreams don’t need to be supersized to make a giant impact.
