(We don’t believe they were just taking pictures of our ACMs, and why did they have to use vehicles with Comelec stickers on them?)

Based on police reports, the individuals claimed to be from the Comelec headquarters in Intramuros, Manila, and said they were members of “Task Force Kontra Bigay.”

They were allegedly supposed to inspect the ACMs at a school in Laguna.

However, Garcia clarified during the forum that the task force no longer exists and has since been replaced by the Committee on Kontra Bigay.

The poll body also emphasized that it did not authorize any plan to inspect the ACMs at the school in connection with the elections
