Though he has stayed away from the public spotlight in recent years, Villar returned to the campaign stage to show his full support for his daughter. In his speech, he emphasized that Camille, currently serving as Deputy Speaker in the House of Representatives, possesses the competence and dedication to serve at the national level.

Also present at the rally was Senator Cynthia Villar, who highlighted the achievements of their family in Las Piñas, such as the 40-kilometer Riverdrive project that has eased travel from Las Piñas to Cavite and nearby cities. Senator Mark Villar also joined the event in a show of unity.

Camille Villar expressed heartfelt gratitude to her family and the people of Las Piñas. “This election and campaign were not easy… But whenever I see all of you, you give me strength,” she said.

Manny Villar’s return to the stage underscored his strong belief in Camille’s capabilities and his continued commitment to supporting the family’s vision of honest and effective public service through the next generation.
