BANGUED, ABRA — One person was injured in a shooting incident Monday morning as residents were casting their votes in Barangay Sagap.
A video circulating on Facebook captured several gunshots and panicked screams at a public school housing a cluster of polling precincts around 9 a.m.
Authorities have yet to release further details, as the incident remains under investigation.
