Senior citizen senatorial bets vote early during priority hours

Regular voting is from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., but priority persons like senior citizens, persons with disabilities, and pregnant women can vote as early as 5:00 a.m.
Senate reelectionist Lito Lapid, 69, voted in Porac Elementary School in Porac, Pampanga at 5:00 a.m.
Former Senator Ping Lacson, 76, was also spotted at Bayan Luma Elementary School in Imus, Cavite, as he was casting his vote at 6:35 a.m.
Former Senate President Vicente “Tito” Sotto, 76, also voted early and used the senior citizens’ lane.
Lapid, Lacson, and Sotto are front-runners in President Marcos’ senatorial slate.
Former Senator Gringo Honasan, 77, also voted early at the Nativity of Our Lady Parochial School in Marikina City. /apl
