MANILA, Philippines — The Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) has “zero” access to over 34 percent of votes that have already been transmitted to transparency servers.
PPCRV spokesperson Ana Singson made the pronouncement over an hour after the polls.
“We have transmitted 34.38 percent has already been transmitted. The sad news is that we have not had access to any of that data. So it is of concern to us,” Singson said in a short interview on Monday.

“We have been in constant touch with Comelec. We have not yet received a response. The only data file that we got in PPCRV is a file with a header title,” she added.
Singson described the occurrence as “unusual,” which had not happened since 2010.
“This has not happened since 2010 when we have not received even a first dump when over one-third of the data has already been transmitted. We understand that Comelec is meeting right now,” she added.
