MANILA, Philippines — The Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) is already processing the poll-related data it received from the Commission on Elections (Comelec), according to spokesperson Ana Singson.

“We received the file. We are currently processing that file. So we hope to be able to show you data very soon,” Singson updated reporters on Monday night.

“We can’t give you more information than that because we are processing the file right now. However, we did receive a file with content because the previous file only had headers. So we are processing the file now and we hope to be able to show you data very soon,” she added.

Earlier, Singson revealed that 34.38 percent of votes have already been transmitted to transparency servers, but the PPCRV has zero access to this data.

Singson described the occurrence as “unusual,” which had not happened since 2010.

“This has not happened since 2010, when we have not received even a first dump when over one-third of the data has already been transmitted. We understand that Comelec is meeting right now,” she added. /cb
