Aumentado reelected Bohol governor
TAGBILARAN CITY — Incumbent Bohol Gov. Erico Aristotle Aumentado was proclaimed the winner of Bohol’s gubernatorial race on Tuesday, May 13.
Official returns showed Aumentado securing 563,746 votes compared to his opponents Dan Lim (153,748 votes) and Hardy Leopando (24,852 votes).

Aumentado was formally proclaimed by Bohol Provincial Election Officer Eliseo Labaria Jr.
He was accompanied by his wife Vanessa who was reelected as representative in Bohol’s first district, children, mother Greenie, and siblings.
“Daghang salamat mga Sano ug Sana sa inyohang walay puas nga pag suporta. Sa kanunay Abante Bohol. (Thank you very much for your unwavering support. At all times, Forward Bohol),” he said.
After Aumentado’s proclamation, Nick Besas was also proclaimed as vice governor after getting 420, 658 votes.
