Marcoleta skirts question on Senate presidency bid
Senator-elect Rodante Marcoleta
MANILA, Philippines — Senator-elect Rodante Marcoleta avoided answering this question Saturday: Is he vying for the Senate presidency?
“Is there any other question?” Marcoleta said in Filipino in response. His answer eventually drew laughter from the media people.

Marcoleta, who ranked 6th with 15,250,723 votes, was officially proclaimed at the Manila Hotel Tent City.
