MANILA, Philippines — With many parts of the country still getting relentless southwest monsoon rainfall, a low-pressure area (LPA) east of Aurora has developed into a tropical depression, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
Tropical Depression Dante was formed at around 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, just three days after Severe Tropical Storm Crising exited the Philippine area of responsibility.
