LIST: Comelec’s Special Register Anywhere Program schedule

MANILA, Philippines — The Commission on Elections (Comelec) has started its week-long Special Register Anywhere Program (SRAP) for Filipinos who want to register but cannot return to their localities during the 10-day voter registration period.
The SRAP was kicked off this Friday, August 1, in the following areas:
Manila City
- Mabini Hall, Luneta Park, Ermita, Manila (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Main Lobby (Near Main Entrance), University of the East – Manila (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- PRTC, LRT 2 Recto Terminal Station, Recto Avenue, Manila (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Comelec Main Office, Chairman’s Hall, Palacio del Gobernador Building, Intramuros, Manila (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Pasay City
- SMX Manila, Seashell Lane, Mall of Asia, Pasay City (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Pasig City and Quezon City
- Bridgetown Estate by RLC, border of Pasig and Quezon City (5:00 PM – 12:00 AM)

According to the Comelec, the applicants must bring valid government-issued identification cards as they go to any of the said venues on the prescribed dates and times.
The following are the applications that will be accepted:
- Registration
- Change of Name and Status
- Correction of Entries
- Reactivation of Registration Records
- Transfer from Overseas to Local Only
Meanwhile, the Comelec emphasized that there will be no transfer of local registration records in the program.
The poll body provided the link to the application form, which may be downloaded or printed back-to-back on folio-sized bond paper (8.5” x 13”).
