MANILA, Philippines – Sen. Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa, whom the International Criminal Court has tagged as a “suspect” over his alleged role in former President Rodrigo Duterte’s bloody war on drugs, has reportedly left the Senate following a gunfire incident Wednesday night.
Dela Rosa had been placed under Senate protective custody earlier this week after the National Bureau of Investigation agents tried to serve the arrest warrant issued by the ICC.
