A major flood and landslide disaster hit the Nepal-Tibet border, killing at least 160 people and leaving hundreds missing, according to the latest version of the report.
The disaster struck on Wednesday, with floodwaters and landslides causing widespread destruction in border areas. Rescue operations are underway, with crews searching for people reported missing.
The disaster has affected areas on both sides of the Nepal-Tibet border, including communities and infrastructure near the border crossing.
The death toll has risen from the 98 initially reported, as authorities continue to recover bodies and assess the extent of the damage.

Pilgrims, mostly Indian, including 93 Nepalis, were preparing to cross into Tibet on Wednesday when a flash flood swept away roads and infrastructure in Rasuwa.
