METRO MANILA, Philippines — The two weather disturbances — Tropical Depression Gener and Tropical Storm Pulasan — have just hit the Philippines this week. But by Thursday, they have gone, leaving only the southwest monsoon to bring rains in different parts of the country, according to the Philippine Atmsopheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
