The elder Malapitan and his son, incumbent Mayor Along Malapitan—who is seeking a second term—both reaffirmed their backing for Villar during a gathering with supporters held at Orient Pearl Seafood Restaurant on 10th Avenue.

All three are members of the Nacionalista Party.

Prior to the endorsement event, Villar joined the Malapitans and other local candidates in a motorcade that passed through key barangays from Caloocan City Hall to the Monumento area, drawing crowds and energizing the campaign trail.

Villar expressed her gratitude to the Malapitans for their support, vowing to champion legislation that prioritizes the rights of women and youth, and protects the interests of the broader Filipino public.
