1Pacman’s Milka Romero gains public trust with strong track record
Trust is about faith, and with 1Pacman party-list, voter trust springs from a track record of sterling regard for community service.
This is the response of Milka Romero, 1Pacman party-list’s first nominee, to morning radio broadcasters when asked why 1Pacman is the one to vote for.
“Hagip lahat ng 1Pacman Party-list ang nanaisin para sa mamamayan,” Romero said. “Mga batas kontra kahirapan ay kasama sa 151 batas na inumpisahan at aktibong kasama ang 1Pacman.”

1Pacman’s service-oriented community outreach service for education, health, and jobs is exceptional.
The 4Ps, or the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program, stems from a bill sponsored in the House of Representatives by 1Pacman Rep. Mikee Romero, Milka’s father.
He also strengthened the reach of 4Ps assistance to the poor by adding close to P8 billion more for the 2025 budget for 4Ps. As chairman of the House committee on poverty alleviation, he fought for the inclusion again of 700,000 delisted families as 4Ps recipients.
Achievements include the Free Tuition Act for students in state colleges and universities; Eddie Garcia law that protects workers in the entertainment industry; universal health care; and the establishment of the National Sports Academy that provides scholars with full-rounded training and education.
“We check all the boxes, ika nga (so to speak),” Romero said.
1Pacman also helped over 30,000 scholars; 75,000 families for medical assistance; and over 2,000 families with children needing urgent help for a heart operation under 1Pacman’s Save a Heart program with the Philippine Heart Center.
1Pacman’s vision for grassroots sports development is anchored on uplifting basic services for communities to provide nutrition, health, education, and job opportunities.
“We have to immediately up our nutrition outreach through effective feeding programs and health education for young mothers,” said Milka, who takes over the reins of 1Pacman this year, as her father concludes nine years of public service as congressman.
She expressed a reminder about the solo vote for party-list: “Iisa lang ang iboboto ng bayan sa Mayo para sa party-list. 1Pacman’s track record honors your trust.”
“Ang sarap mangampanya dahil bitbit ng 1Pacman ang track record ng serbisyo sa bayan,” she added.
