MANILA, Philippines — Today, July 28, President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. delivers his fourth State of the Nation Address (SONA) as he goes into the second half of his six-year term.
Marcos arrived via helicopter at the Batasan Complex in Quezon City on schedule at 3:30 p.m., a half hour before he started his SONA.
