Tulfo filed his COC before the Commission on Elections – National Capital Region Office in San Juan City.
“As of now, we have a pending bill before the House of Representatives. We hope it will be enacted so the PUP School of Medicine will be established in our district,” he said in Filipino when asked about his plans.
Under House Bill 9505, the PUP College of Medicine shall provide “comprehensive medical education, clinical training, and exposure to various medical specialties.”

“Like my first term, my parents are here to lead me, as well as Mayor Joy. We are coordinating to help our fellow citizens,” he said.
“I think two aspirants already filed their COCs for the 2nd district. I will leave it to my constituents who trusted and loved me,” he added.
